A three peaks walker had fallen slightly behind his companions during their descent from the summit of Ingleborough. Whilst jogging to catch them up the walker tripped, fell and sustained a fracture to his left leg. His foot had become significantly misaligned. A sheep was reported as being stuck on a ledge about 10 metres down Rowten Pot. CRO team members descended into the pothole and found a rather strong and lively lamb that seemed keen to evade capture. Our team members eventually won the day and the lamb was successfully hauled back to the surface. Volunteer hours: 10
