A walker (f, 14) slipped, then tumbled five or six metres down the steep path, where it leaves the Whernside summit ridge towards Bruntscar, sustaining head and possible elbow injuries. Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked for CRO’s assistance after a walker (f, 32) was knocked over and trampled by cows near Malham Tarn.
