A passer-by called for an ambulance and his companions made him as comfortable as possible, while waiting. A three peaks walker had fallen slightly behind his companions during their descent from the summit of Ingleborough. Whilst jogging to catch them up the walker tripped, fell and sustained a fracture to his left leg. His foot had become significantly misaligned.
