We were alerted by North Yorkshire Police to an incident on Ingleborough, close to the summit plateau, involving a paraglider who had crashed onto rocks causing leg injuries. INCIDENT 22/2026. APRIL 8th WEDNESDAY 11.39hrs. PEN Y GHENT, HORTON IN RIBBLESDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE
The team were contacted by North Yorkshire Police to a walker (M, 60) who was suffering a medical episode on Pen y Ghent, close to the summit. The team were alerted and mobilised.
