A visitor (f, 62) was reported to be experiencing chest pains and difficulty in breathing on the outward (western) arm of the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, between Pecca Bridge and Thornton Force. A walker (f, 59) fell while crossing a wall, injuring her right shoulder and back. Two team members attended and carried out an initial assessment before transferring care to Yorkshire Air Ambulance paramedics who arrived shortly thereafter. After assessment and treatment, the casualty was able to walk with assistance to a team vehicle. She was driven down to Settle for transfer to a road ambulance. Volunteer hours: 21

A climber (m, 75) walked up to the Giggleswick Scar (North) crag, but collapsed immediately on arrival. Despite the best efforts of his companions at CPR, then the protracted efforts of YAS paramedics, he could not be revived.
