NYP received a call from a delivery driver (m, 28) ‘stuck in snow’ on Thornton Lane. He had described ‘heavy snow and icy conditions’, then added ‘new-born baby on board, as well as partner’. In the early hours of the morning, Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) asked if CRO were able to assist one of their crews. Their ambulance had become stuck on a track following attendance at a remote farmhouse.
