Four cavers were reported overdue on a through trip from Lancaster Hole to Wretched Rabbit, beneath Casterton Fell, having set off at noon. The team were called out at 23.50 hrs on Saturday evening by Cumbria Police for an overdue party of nine cavers (7f and 2m – 19 to 22 years) in County Pot, a popular entrance into the Ease Gill system.
