North Yorkshire Police requested CRO’s support for a local search of a missing person (m,82). As the team were assembling at the RV the Police helicopter located the missing person safe and well and the team was stood down. Volunteer hours: 8

While incident number 80 was still in progress, North Yorkshire Police forwarded a report that two Three Peaks walkers had not returned to Horton in Ribblesdale, having last been heard from on the summit of Whernside at about 13.00. Neither walkers’ mobile phone were answered, nor was there any response to Phonefind messages.
