A walker (f, 40s) slipped on the limestone pavement at the top of Malham Cove immediately above the steps, injuring a wrist and a leg. The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to assist with a medical incident involving a young infant (F, 7 months) in Horton-in-Ribblesdale village, the family having been out walking locally. Local team members were despatched and a vehicle deployed from the the Team Depot in Clapham. A walker (m, 79) was reported to be having difficulty breathing after climbing the steps to the top of Malham Cove.
