The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a party of walkers who had become separated from one of their number whilst descending from the summit of Ingleborough. Although initially uncontactable the missing walker came back into mobile signal as the Duty Controller was making initial enquiries. The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to a walker (f, 38) who had slipped on the path whilst walking round the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, sustaining an injury to her ankle and lower leg. Upon arrival on scene the team found that the YAS Paramedics had already treated the casualty and just required our assistance with a short stretcher carry back to the waiting ambulance. The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a farmer rescue a cow stuck in marshy ground on Kirkby Fell. As the duty controller was gathering more information about the incident the farmer called back to report that they had been able to free the animal. No action required by CRO
The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to a report of an overdue caver in the Gaping Gill system. Whilst the Duty Controller was making initial enquiries the reporting person got back in touch to confirm that the caver was now safely back on the surface. No action was needed by CRO.
