INCIDENT 56/2024. August 6TH 15.58 HRS. JANET’S FOSS, MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE

Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a walker (m, 19) who had collapsed and suffered facial injuries on the footpath near Janet’s Foss. Team members assisted the on scene paramedics to bring the casualty to a nearby field where he was transferred to the air ambulance crew and flown to hospital. Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a medical emergency for a walker (f, 69) who had collapsed whilst walking near Horton. Team members assisted paramedics to place her into a team stretcher then into CRO 3 which is equipped to transport a patient in a stretcher. INCIDENT 44/2024. JUNE 15th SAT 08.23 PEN Y GHENT, NORTH YORKSHIRE

A Three Peaks walker (m, 50) was reported to have collapsed, with CPR being administered by an off-duty paramedic, near the summit of Pen y Ghent. The Yorkshire Air Ambulance also attended. Team members went to the summit plateau and assisted with the transfer and evacuation of the man to the aircraft.
