A walker reported himself as having being lost and cold, for over an hours duration, in darkness, somewhere on Pen-y-Ghent. Although he was unsure of his location, the walker had been able to respond to a “phone find” text message which enabled CRO to see that his likely position was midway between Plover Hill and the summit of Pen-y-Ghent.
