North Yorkshire Police called CRO following a report of someone threatening self-harm. Team members met in Malham car park and were organising into search groups when they learned that the police had found the ‘missing’ person, unharmed. The team stood down. Volunteer hours: 30

POLICE SAY ‘THANK YOU’ TO NORTH YORKSHIRE RESCUE TEAMS
North Yorkshire Police said ‘Thank you!’ to the six voluntary search and rescue teams which cover the county at a presentation, yesterday evening. Assistant Chief Constable Elliot Foskett expressed appreciation to representatives of the teams for their efforts, on behalf of the Force, in saving lives and keeping people safe during the past two difficult years.
