INCIDENT 72/2025. AUGUST 25th  MON. 18.16 hrs INGLEBOROUGH, INGLETON, NORTH YORKSHIRE.

A Three Peaks walker (f, 55) experienced pain in one knee on the descent from Whernside. This had worsened by the time she reached Ingleborough so she was unable to put any weight on it as she left the summit plateau. INCIDENT 66/2025. AUGUST 8th, FRI. 11.34hrs KIRKBY FELL, nr MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE.

The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to a report of a walker (m) who was found having a medical episode by a passing cyclist on the path across Kirkby Fell. Team members were able to drive CROs 2 and 3 along a track to within a few hundred metres of the casualty and, after an assessment by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance doctor, stretchered the casualty to CRO 3…
