ALERT Only – Dec. 11th Sat. 20.11 – Sell Gill Holes, Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire – Alert No. 10 of 2021

Four cavers (all m, early twenties) were reported overdue on a trip into Sell Gill Holes. Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked for CRO’s assistance following an accident where someone (f, 51), sledging down a slope, collided with a wall, sustaining a serious ankle injury. INCIDENT 86/2021 – NOVEMBER 22nd MON. 18.56  above CRUMMACK, INGLEBOROUGH – MOUNTAIN INCIDENT

A walker, undertaking a solo round of the 3 -peaks walk, strayed from his intended path from the summit of Ingleborough and became benighted.
