A walker (m, 80) collapsed near the top of Catrigg Force waterfall. After a thorough assessment by a CRO casualty care trainer he was helped into an insulated casualty bag on a stretcher and carried to a team vehicle. A walker (f, 26) was reported to have ‘fallen and passed out’ on the ‘Settle Loop’ of the Pennine Bridleway, above Langcliffe. A visitor (m, 25), with a medical condition, collapsed just after the steps at the top of Malham Cove. Arriving first, the air ambulance paramedics assessed the patient, then handed him over to team members, who walked him gently across to Cove Road, where he was assisted into a YAS road ambulance.
