A walker (m,86) with several medical conditions and a history of back trouble was unable to complete the walk because of the pain. Having administered pain relief, team members carried the patient from just below Snow Falls up to Falls Park, at Beezleys, to await the arrival of a road ambulance for the journey to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. A visitor reported her elderly parents missing on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail. Unable to call her back and with the ‘mispers’ having no phone, the duty controller (resident in Ingleton) popped out to look for them.
