North Yorkshire Police requested CRO’s support for a local search of a missing person (m,82). As the team were assembling at the RV the Police helicopter located the missing person safe and well and the team was stood down. Volunteer hours: 8

INCIDENT 80/2025. (same day) 18.17 hrs PEN Y GHENT, HORTON IN RIBBLESDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE.
A Three Peaks walker (f, 41) collapsed near ‘the fingerpost’ at the corner leading on to ‘the miners’ track’ to the summit of Pen y ghent (Taking the clockwise route.). Team members, most of whom had just returned from the previous incident, were taken to the top of Horton Scar Lane by Land Rover, then walked up the hill.
