The team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police to an incident involving a young child (M, 11) in Kingsdale. The child, part of an organised group activity, had crawled under a large rock and apparently become stuck fast. A small team was mobilised to assess the situation. The team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police to a report of a climber having fallen at Giggleswick Scar North, near Settle. The climber (M, 52) had reportedly fallen some 10m and sustained a head injury. Members were rapidly deployed to the scene to assess the situation.
