INCIDENT 41/2024. JUNE 2nd SUN 1458. GORDALE SCAR, MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE

The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to assist with a visitor to Gordale Scar (F, 58) who was reportedly suffering a medical problem. Members, team vehicles and a YAS ambulance, were despatched to the scene, which was exceptionally busy. On arrival our members searched for the patient, who could not be found. Enquiries at the scene with witnesses indicated that someone had been taken ill some time previously but had apparently recovered and now left with her friends. A further brief search and enquiries were made but it was evident that the incident had, effectively, self resolved. Members and vehicles returned to base.
