INCIDENT 38/2024. JUNE 1st SAT 1213. INGLEBOROUGH, CHAPEL LE DALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE

The Team were contacted by North Yorkshire Police (NYP) to assist with enquires and a possible search for two walkers (both M, late 60’s) who had been reported missing overnight having failed to return to their accommodation in Horton in Ribblesdale the previous evening. ALERT only. APRIL 27th SAT. 17.45 hrs PEN-Y-GHENT, HORTON IN RIBBLESDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE. ALERT No 2 OF 2024

A Three Peaks walker who had become separated from his walking partner on Pen-y-ghent reported the person missing to North Yorkshire Police, who notified CRO.  As the Duty Controller was making preliminary inquiries so that a search could be conducted, the missing walker turned up near Horton in Ribblesdale. INCIDENT 26/2024. APRIL 27th SAT. 09.15 YORKSHIRE THREE PEAKS, HORTON IN RIBBLESDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE
