A walker (m85) heading towards Austwick on the track from Feizor collapsed due to a suspected cardiac arrest. Mike Meredith, 79, an enthusiastic caver and former Controller with the Cave Rescue Organisation was found dead at his house in Kuching, Sarawak, on the morning of Wednesday 11th January 2023.
