INCIDENT 11/2024. March 19th TUE 12.26. TOP OF MALHAM COVE, MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE
A walker (f, 40s) slipped on the limestone pavement at the top of Malham Cove immediately above the steps, injuring a wrist and a leg. The first member on scene began assessing her and was soon joined by YAS paramedics from the Air Ambulance who diagnosed a wrist fracture, which they splinted. Life membership awarded to three CRO stalwarts
At the CRO AGM in the Ingleborough Community Centre, Ingleton, on Friday, three members were elected to Life Membership having, collectively, given over a hundred years to helping the team save lives, above and below ground in the Yorkshire Dales.
