Called by North Yorkshire Police and the Yorkshire Ambulance Service to a parapentist who had lost control of his paraglider and hit the fell side. A runner (M) competing in the 3 peaks fell race went missing after summiting Ingleborough in 11/12th place, concern was raised as he hadn’t arrived back in Horton within the expected time period and no sign of him on the descent. He suffered facial injuries and regained consciousness fairly quickly.
