INCIDENT 45/2020 – Aug.3rd Mon. 23.01hrs – Ingleborough – Mountain Incident

Four Three Peaks walkers (all f) called NYP, saying that they were ‘lost’ on the descent from Ingleborugh towards Horton in Ribblesdale, despite being able to describe the signpost on their path (‘Horton 2 miles’) and provide a ten-figure grid reference. North Yorkshire Police advised of a Three Peaks walker (m, 22) who said he was lost but uninjured, after ascending the third peak.
