A walker reported that his companion (m) had developed hypothermia on the Pennine Way ‘2 miles’ north of Horton in Ribblesdale. Two Three Peaks walkers (m,57; m,53 ) became lost and benighted at Gaping Gill (the sign said so). They phoned home and a family member phoned NYP. A team Land Rover was driven to the bottom of Trow Gill and two members jogged up to GG, collected the mispers, then guided them back to the vehicle.
