INCIDENT 50 /2025. JUNE 14th SAT 14.24hrs. OCCUPATION ROAD, DENT, CUMBRIA
The start of a busy afternoon for the Team! We were alerted to an incident by our colleagues at Kendal Mountain Rescue Team, which had been misdirected to them by Cumbria Police. INCIDENT 49/2025. JUNE 10th TUE. 14.03 hrs. MALHAM COVE, MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE
A walker (m, 72) became unwell after climbing almost to the top of the steps up the side of Malham Cove. After assessment by YAS paramedics, he was walked very gently back down with support from team members. Accompanied by the paramedics, the walker was returned to the road ambulance in CRO 2 (team Land Rover) for further assessment and the team stood down Volunteer hours 21
INCIDENT 46/2025. MAY 25th (same day) SUN 20.32hrs INGLEBOROUGH, NORTH YORKSHIRE
The team was called by North Yorkshire Police to a missing three peaks walker who had got seperated from his friends on the descent from Ingleborough.
