A visitor (m, 61) fell and tumbled four or five metres onto rocks, near Thornton Force, on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail. He sustained a deep gash to one leg and a scalp wound. A visitor (m, 52) was reported to have collapsed and lost, then regained consciousness at the top of the steps, above Thornton Force, on the Waterfalls Trail. He was uninjured and declined to be carried, by stretcher, to a team Land Rover, waiting on Twisleton Lane. A call was received from North Yorkshire Police to reports of a man suffering shortness of breath and palpitations. Just after the team was mobilised, and as the first team member arrived at the location, the team was stood down, as it became clear our services were not required. Volunteer time: 2 hours 40 minutes.
