The Team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police with information that two walkers (F, 35 and 37) were stuck on the summit of Ingleborough in bad weather conditions. INCIDENT 11/2024. March 19th TUE 12.26. TOP OF MALHAM COVE, MALHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE

A walker (f, 40s) slipped on the limestone pavement at the top of Malham Cove immediately above the steps, injuring a wrist and a leg. The first member on scene began assessing her and was soon joined by YAS paramedics from the Air Ambulance who diagnosed a wrist fracture, which they splinted.
