The team was alerted by North Yorkshire Police of a fell runner (F, 43) taking part in a challenge event who had collapsed whilst descending Ingleborough. Prior to an official call from North Yorkshire Police, the Team were alerted by friends of an injured fell runner (M, 51yrs) who had slipped and hurt his ankle. Fortunately, one of our Team members was nearby and was able to offer assistance. The Team were mobilised, and the official callout from NYP was received.
