The team provided rescue cover for the annual Three Peaks Mountain race. Almost 1000 runners took part in the open race and team relay events. Team members were placed at strategic locations throughout the course. Fortunately, despite the warm conditions the team only had to provide support for a few minor issues and had to give medical assistance to one runner (m,36) who had collapsed with heat exhaustion close to the finish. After an assessment by a team medic the runner was transported in CRO 4 (team ATV) back to the finish for further treatment by the event medical team.
