A walker (f, 42), having climbed Ingleborough from Clapham, slipped on the descent path across Simon Fell Breast, injuring an ankle. She attempted to continue the walk for about a mile, but eventually accepted that assistance was needed. INCIDENT 30/2019 – Apr. 30th. Tue. 13.21hrs – Simon Fell Breast, North Yorkshire – Mountain Incident

Called by North Yorkshire Police and the Yorkshire Ambulance Service to a parapentist who had lost control of his paraglider and hit the fell side. Incident 75/2017 – Sep. 30th Sat. 20.30 – Simon Fell, Ingleborough, North Yorkshire – Mountain Rescue.

A lone walker (f 25) reported herself lost and benighted whilst descending from the summit of Ingleborough. CRO team members and a search and rescue dog were deployed to search the eastern flanks of the hill.
