The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to a walker (f, 20) who had fallen and hurt her ankle whilst walking round Ingleton Waterfalls Trail.
After an initial assessment by a team RRMT, the casualty was administered some pain relief and her ankle was splinted, before being carried back to the team vehicles in a stretcher. She was then driven back to her group leader’s vehicle for transport to hospital for treatment.
We wish her a speedy recovery.
