The Team were called by North Yorkshire Police to a walker (f) who had slipped and injured her ankle on the steps on the left side of Malham Cove. On arrival, team casualty carers splinted the injury and placed her in a stretcher, before sledging her down to a team vehicle at the bottom of the cove. Whilst the CRO Ingleborough Challenge was underway, a collision between a mountain biker and a CRO challenge competitor on a public bridleway was reported to our Control by a check point. We treated the runner for a head injury at the check point. A little while later the mountain biker arrived with shoulder and rib injuries.
