The team were alerted by North Yorkshire Police to 3 walkers (2m, 1F) who had become disorientated in mist on the summit of Ingleborough. The party were otherwise uninjured but unable to find their way safely from the summit plateau to the correct path for their downward journey. 4 walkers (3m, 25, 1f, 14) with 2 dogs became disoriented in mist whilst walking on Ingleborough. The walkers were able to contact the police via mobile roaming, but were unable to give an accurate location.
