A caver reported that four companions (m, 59; f, 38; m, 26; m, 26) — two experienced and two less so — were unable to reach their ladder from the streamway up to the Roof Tunnel in Kingsdale Master Cave because of fast-flowing and rising water. As the first rescue team members began to move into the Roof Tunnel, they encountered the mispers making their way safely to the surface. All was well so the team stood down.
