The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to a camper (f,66) who was staying at the Gaping Gill winch meet and has slipped whilst walking to her tent. A small team headed up to the winch meet in CRO 4, our Honda Pioneer ATV, whilst another team headed up to the bottom of Trow Gill in CRO 1 in case more equipment was required.
After an assessment by a team nurse the casualty was assisted into CRO 4 and driven back to our depot in Clapham for assessment by Yorkshire Ambulance Service paramedics.
We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.
