Incident 53/2017 – July 22nd Sat. 17.08 – Waterfalls Trail, Near Beezley Falls, Ingleton, North Yorkshire – Mountain Rescue.
A walker (f, 14) slipped on the path, near Beezley Falls, sustaining an injury to her right ankle. A YAS paramedic was soon on scene, quickly followed by CRO members who were at the Depot, clearing up after the Clapham Street Fair. The patient was ‘packaged’ and carried to a road ambulance for transfer to hospital. Volunteer hours: 27

A walker (f, 35) crossed the beck at the foot of the Cove and began ascending the climbers’ route up to the East Wing, believing it to be the path to the top.
