As the team were mobilising to incident 59 (Malham) they were alerted by YAS to a report of a female (66 yo) who had fallen and sustained a wrist injury whilst walking near Thornton Force.
This second callout required a split attendance of team vehicles and team members.
CRO 1 & 3 were mobilised to Thornton Force with Ingleton based members attending. Following an assessment the casualty was given Entonox for pain relief and an arm support. She was then able to walk down to the vehicles with assistance from team members then driven back to the waterfalls carpark and handed over to relatives to be taken for a medical check-up at hospital.
