Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a family group on the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail. Members of the group were struggling with various issues including medical problems, darkness, and poor weather. A small party quickly located the group and directed other team members to the scene. After the casualties had been assessed, team members assisted them back to team vehicles which transported them to YAS ambulances at the roadhead.
