INCIDENT 10/2024. March 10th SUN 1347. INGLETON WATERFALLS WALK, INGLETON, NORTH YORKSHIRE

Whilst the team were busy deploying to the previous incident, a further call was received from North Yorkshire Police to assist with a visitor (M, 14yrs) at the Ingleton Waterfalls Walk who had been taken ill whilst on the trail. Team members were diverted from the ongoing incident to assist. Whilst we were on the way, a passing off-duty paramedic had kindly been able to help the youth. On the Team’s arrival the young man had recovered sufficiently to be able to walk, with assistance,  to a nearby Team vehicle. Together with his family, he was taken back to their car. He was advised to visit hospital for a check up and we wish him well. The Team resumed to carry on dealing with the incident on Ingleborough. A busy afternoon!
