The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to a walker (m, 42) who was experiencing chest pains whilst undertaking the Three Peaks walk. When the Duty Controller made contact with the party they were making their way back to Horton and were already back at the road, so one of the controllers living nearby walked up to meet the casualty party whilst the Duty Controller updated YAS with the correct location for the ambulance on route to meet them. The casualty was then left in the care of the ambulance crew.
