The team were asked to assist North Yorkshire Police to help locate and rescue a lone female walker (22) who was lost and becoming hypothermic near to Nick Pot on the Three Peaks Path, on Ingleborough. Team members and vehicles were deployed and were able to meet with the lady, and local police officers. She was warmed and recovered by our team, and subsequently transferred back to our base in Clapham. She was transferred to the care of our colleagues from Yorkshire Ambulance Service for assessment and further treatment. We wish her well.
