INCIDENT 18/2021 – May 18th Tue. 11.14 – Pillar Holes, Newby Moss, Ingleborough, North Yorkshire – Animal Incident

Two local people, out for a walk, spotted a sheep on a ledge in one of the Pillar Holes on Newby Moss and called the Duty Controller. A small team was able to drive all the way to the hole in CRO 4 (the team’s Honda Pioneer) and was then able to rescue the sheep before releasing it onto the fell, unharmed.

(It’s in the bag!)
