INCIDENT 9/2024. March 10th SUN 1315. INGLEBOROUGH, CLAPHAM, NORTH YORKSHIRE

The Team were called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a walker (F, 40) who had slipped whilst descending Little Ingleborough. INCIDENT 8/2024 March 9th. SAT 0835. HORTON IN RIBBLESDALE, NORTH YORKSHIRE – LOCAL INCIDENT

The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to assist with a medical incident involving a young infant (F, 7 months) in Horton-in-Ribblesdale village, the family having been out walking locally.  Local team members were despatched and a vehicle deployed from the the Team Depot in Clapham. INCIDENT 7/2024 (same day). 22.44 LANCASTER HOLE to WRETCHED RABBIT, CASTERTON, CUMBRIA – CAVE INCIDENT

Four cavers were reported overdue on a through trip from Lancaster Hole to Wretched Rabbit, beneath Casterton Fell, having set off at noon. Four members of the Red Rose C&PC, resident at Bull Pot Farm, went to Wretched Rabbit and began searching from that end of the visiting cavers’ anticipated route.
